What is a FIST Workshop?

We produce affordable workshops that equip bike shop professionals with the knowledge, skill and confidence required to execute an optimized fit for their customers.

We welcome fitters, coaches, manufacturers, physical- and physiotherapists and all others involved in cycling or performance to join us.

F.I.S.T. BASIC Workshop

We offer one curriculum, F.I.S.T BASIC. It’s a five-day interactive, hands-on course that offers all the tools necessary to conduct a proper fit according to F.I.S.T. principles. These techniques are validated by Retül, Serotta, Trek, Specialized, GURU and Shimano specialists.

Fit Institute Slowtwitch (F.I.S.T.) produces affordable, 5-day workshops that equip bike shop professionals with every knowledge-based tool required execute a perfect fit for each customer.

Workshops are located in Lincoln, NE

Each F.I.S.T. workshop costs $1,895 (excl. room and board). Upon securing your attendance via registration, processing of a $495 deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid on the second day of the workshop.
