Refund and Returns Policy

This page summarizes how cancellations, returns and refunds work at the Slowtwitch Shop. The full details are in our Terms of Sale, which you agree to when you place an order.

Most items ship directly from the brand

Most products in the Slowtwitch Shop are shipped by the brand that makes them, not from a Slowtwitch warehouse. Estimated delivery within the US is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before you order. Not receiving an item by a date you needed it is not, on its own, grounds for a refund while the order is still within the estimated delivery window.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until your order has been placed with the brand, which usually happens within one business day. After that, the order can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return.

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
• Contact us first through the Contact page or at shop@slowtwitch.com with your order number. We will send return instructions; some items are returned directly to the brand. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
• You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We do not offer exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund with the brand. Defects that appear later are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we are glad to help you make a claim.

Refunds

We approve a refund once the returned item has been received back (by us or by the brand) or, for damaged or defective items, once we have confirmed the problem. We issue refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show it on your statement.

Final sale

Custom and team kit orders, workshop and event registrations, and opened nutrition products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Slowtwitch+ memberships

You can cancel Slowtwitch+ at any time from My Account under Subscriptions. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Used gear

Used gear in the Slowtwitch Classifieds is sold by individual sellers, not by Slowtwitch. Returns and refunds for those items are agreed between the buyer and the seller and are not covered by this policy.
