Directions:

• Fill a 16-24oz water bottle 3/4 of the way with lukewarm water.
• Add your desired amount of drink mix. Each level scoop is 100 calories, making it easy for you to customize your serving.
• The more scoops you add the thicker the consistency will be. If you’re not sure where to start, try 1 scoop/ 10oz of water.
• Put the lid on and give it a shake until the drink mix is completely dissolved and don’t see clumps.
• Remove the lid on your bottle and top your bottle up with ice, or cold water. Put the lid back on, and give it another shake.
