Terms of Sale - The Slowtwitch Collective

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed at shop.slowtwitch.com (the “Slowtwitch Shop”), including Slowtwitch+ memberships. By placing an order and checking the box at checkout, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy, especially the sections on shipping times and cancellations.

1. Who you are buying from

The Slowtwitch Shop is operated by Slowtwitch, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. When these terms say “we” or “us,” they mean Slowtwitch, LLC.

2. How your order is fulfilled

Most products in the Slowtwitch Shop ship directly from the brand that makes them, not from a Slowtwitch warehouse. When you order, we pass your order to the brand (for example Quintana Roo, Hyperice, Wove, ROKA or Betty Designs), and the brand packs and ships it to you. If your order contains products from more than one brand, they will arrive in separate shipments, on different days, with separate tracking.

Because each brand ships on its own schedule, delivery times depend on the brand’s stock and shipping operations. We stay responsible for your order and will work with the brand on your behalf if anything goes wrong.

3. Shipping times and delivery dates

Estimated delivery within the United States is 5 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed. Some products may take longer; any longer estimate shown on a product page applies to that product.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, and we do not offer overnight, two-day or other expedited shipping.
If you need an item by a specific date (a race, an event, travel), please contact us before you order so we can tell you whether it is realistic. Ordering without checking does not make a delivery date guaranteed.
If we learn your order cannot ship within the estimated time, we will tell you and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund, which we will issue promptly.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, when the brand provides one.
Ownership of and responsibility for an item pass to you when it is delivered to the shipping address you gave us.

4. Changing or cancelling an order

You may cancel for a full refund until your order has been placed with the brand. Contact us as soon as possible; orders are usually placed with the brand within one business day.
Once your order has been placed with the brand or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. It is treated as a return under Section 5, including return shipping costs.
Not receiving an item by a date you needed it is not, on its own, grounds for a refund while the order is still within the estimated delivery window in Section 3.

5. Returns and refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Contact us first; returns sent without authorization may be refused.
You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We approve a refund once the returned item has been received back (by us or by the brand) in the condition described above or, for damaged or defective items, once we have confirmed the problem. We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show it on your statement.
Final sale (not returnable): custom and team kit orders, workshop and event registrations, and opened nutrition products. We do not offer exchanges; return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund with the brand. Defects that appear after that period are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we are glad to help you make a warranty claim.

7. Prices, payment and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your payment is taken when you place your order. If a price or product listing contains an error, or a brand cannot supply an item, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Products are subject to availability.

8. Shipping destinations

We ship within the United States. Where international shipping is offered at checkout, delivery takes longer than the estimates in Section 3, and any customs duties, taxes or import fees are your responsibility.

9. Workshops and events

Workshop and event registrations (such as FIT Academy) are for the specific dates purchased and are final sale. If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer a transfer to another date or a full refund.

10. Slowtwitch+ memberships

Slowtwitch+ is a paid membership available on a monthly or annual plan.

Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year, depending on your plan) and is charged to your payment method on file at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
Free trial. If your plan includes a free trial, your first payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Reminders. We email you before a renewal is charged.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account under Subscriptions, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Price changes. We will notify you before a price change applies to your membership, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

11. Used gear and classifieds

Used gear listed in the Slowtwitch Classifieds is sold by individual sellers, not by Slowtwitch. Slowtwitch provides the listing platform only and is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. Price, condition, payment, shipping, returns and any other terms are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller. Slowtwitch is not responsible for the item, for communication between the buyer and seller, or for completing the sale. Classifieds purchases are not processed through the Slowtwitch Shop and are not covered by the rest of these Terms of Sale.

12. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, sizing, photos and colors are provided by the brands. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free, and colors may look different on your screen. If an item you receive does not match its description, see Section 6.

13. Warranties and limitation of liability

Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Slowtwitch is a retailer and does not add a warranty of its own. To the extent permitted by law, Slowtwitch disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Slowtwitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from a purchase, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Questions and problems with an order

Please contact us first if anything is wrong with your order. Most problems are solved fastest that way, usually faster than a dispute with your bank. Reach us through the Contact page or at shop@slowtwitch.com, and include your order number.

15. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

These Terms of Sale, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Slowtwitch for purchases from the Slowtwitch Shop. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
